About: Cymbopogon, also known as lemongrass, barbed wire grass, silky heads, Cochin grass, Malabar grass, oily heads, or fever grass, is a genus of Asians, African, Australian, and tropical island plants in the grass family.
The grass grows in dense clumps and has several stiff stems and slender blade-like leaves which droop towards the tips.
