Hemp Seed
About: Hemp seeds are the seeds of the hemp plant, Cannabis sativa. They are from the same species as cannabis (marijuana) but a different variety and these seeds are packed up with the richest source of complete proteins, essential fats, vitamins. Not to be confused with hash oil which comes from the cannabis flower, the hemp seed oil is obtained by pressing hemp seeds. It has a nutty aroma and is dark to light green in color.
